*Are you seeking to enhance the leadership competence of your senior leaders/staff in facilitating your school’s vision and critical goals? *

*Are you having challenges assigning leadership and managerial responsibilities in your school? *

*Are you preparing anyone for leadership and managerial positions in your school? *

*Do you worry about succession planning? *

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then we are pleased to introduce to you the School Leadership Development Programme 3.0.

The School Leadership Development (SLD) Programme is an initiative of the Association of Private Educators in Nigeria (APEN) in collaboration with Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), an arm of Lagos Business School.

The SLD Programme has been strategically structured to help build and enhance the capacity of Nigerian Heads of Schools or aspiring Heads and equip them with the right blend of instructional and managerial tools to upscale the approach and quality of teaching and learning in their schools.  This will, in turn, inadvertently impact positively on the Nigerian Education Sector.

The Programme runs over a period of one year in different phases, which include six residential one-week sessions for full immersion training at EDC(please find further details of the programme in the attached brochure). APEN and EDC have successfully run two cohorts of the programme and would commence the third cohort in January 2020. Registration is currently ongoing.
