FULL MEMBERSHIP

Full School Membership is available to elementary, secondary or sixth-form schools within Nigeria that demonstrate focus and philosophy as reflected by an appropriate aggregation of the following attributes:

A school must have:

  • Vision and mission statement

  • A functional Board of Governors

  • An international curriculum with a breadth of effective best practices

  • An experienced Head of School

  • An evidence of strategic planning to cover 3-5 years

  • A team of qualified teaching staff

  • An evidence of continuous staff training and development

  • An efficient accounts department

  • Good facilities

  • An active Parents Teachers Association

Encouraging Private Participation in the establishment and running of schools with high standards in Nigeria. Initiating, developing and promoting programmes and activities aimed at providing private schools in Nigeria with qualitative educational opportunities. Providing a level of quality assurance in member schools. Reviving Professionalism in our teachers and more.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Associate Membership is available for schools who do not meet certain APEN criteria.
