AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The APEN Teachers’ Training Institute will be fully owned by APEN. The establishment of the institute is to provide high quality continuous professional development to teachers not only within the APEN purview but other schools in the quest of its mission of providing quality education and educators.

ATTI will adopt a blended model of professional development of teachers and leaders that includes face-to-face training, virtual professional communities, online learning and value added onsite training for schools at different levels.

APEN Teachers Training Institute will provide courses and programmes of substance and top quality training tailor made for heads, teachers and education managers.
